Enter the workout tab by tapping the + button in the bottom right.
Start by selecting the body area you’re exercising, or search to find a specific workout.
Tap the + and – buttons to change the number of reps done & weight lifted, or tap the value to type in a value.
Add as many sets as you do, and when you’re done, tap “Add” in the top right.
Continue logging workouts from the watch or even when you lock your phone from the live activity widget automatically displayed on the lock screen and Dynamic Island.
When you do an exercise again, see you’re previous workout sets inline and add them instantly, or update them with new values.
