These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the wrkout mobile application and related services. By using wrkout, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use wrkout on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Licence to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use wrkout for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
– Some features require a paid subscription.
– Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
– Subscription terms and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
– Use the app in ways that interfere with service operation.
– Misuse social or sync features to harass, abuse, or violate others’ rights.
5. User Data and Content
You retain rights to data you create in wrkout.
You grant us permission to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.
6. Third-Party Services
wrkout relies on third-party services (for example Apple Health, CloudKit, and the App Store). We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.
7. Disclaimers
wrkout is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
wrkout is a fitness tracking tool and not medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of wrkout.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version is available at https://getwrkout.com/terms.
